Relationships take work, and sometimes that work is easier with someone in the room who is not part of the dynamic.

We can look at communication patterns, recurring conflict, emotional distance, and transitions that are putting strain on the relationship.

Not everything requires long-term therapy. Sometimes you need focused support for a career crossroads, a difficult decision, coming out, or adjusting to a new chapter.

In person at Peter’s Toronto office.
Virtual through secure video from anywhere in Ontario.

Fees & insurance

Session fees and lengths are awaiting confirmation. Psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP but may be covered by extended health benefits. Receipts are available for reimbursement.
