Individual psychotherapy
One-to-one · Adults · In person or virtual
For anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, grief, or the kind of low-grade unhappiness that is hard to name but difficult to ignore.
Sessions draw from CBT and psychodynamic approaches, but the work is shaped by what is actually happening for you.
Anxiety · Trauma & PTSD · Depression · Life transitions · Identity exploration · Grief & loss · Self-esteem
Couples therapy
Partners of all configurations · In person or virtual
Relationships take work, and sometimes that work is easier with someone in the room who is not part of the dynamic.
We can look at communication patterns, recurring conflict, emotional distance, and transitions that are putting strain on the relationship.
Communication · Conflict resolution · Intimacy & connection · Relationship transitions
Counseling & support
Focused · Shorter term · Goal-oriented
Not everything requires long-term therapy. Sometimes you need focused support for a career crossroads, a difficult decision, coming out, or adjusting to a new chapter.
Career decisions · Coming out · Stress management · Adjustment & change · Decision-making
