    We’ll have a brief conversation about what you’re looking for and any questions you have.

    Begin sessions

    If it feels like a good fit, we’ll arrange your first full session in person or virtually.

Good to know

Cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged the full fee.

Insurance

Psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP, but may be covered by extended health benefits. Peter provides receipts for reimbursement.
