Who I work with

You can arrive with a clear concern, or only the sense that something needs attention.

Individuals

For anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity questions, or a change you haven’t found words for yet.

Couples & Partners

For communication that keeps breaking down, conflict that repeats, or distance you want to understand.

LGBTQ+ Clients

Affirming care for identity, coming out, relationships, and the strain of moving through systems that do not always make room.

What I offer

I draw from CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches, but the method follows the person—not the other way around.

What sessions can feel like

The approach changes with what you need—not with a fixed program.

Practical when structure helps.

We might name a pattern that keeps repeating, try a way of meeting an overwhelming moment, or decide what could make this week more manageable.

Exploratory when something needs understanding.

We can slow down and stay with a feeling, memory, or question long enough to understand what sits underneath it.

Collaborative throughout.

You know your life. I bring close attention, honest questions, and clinical perspective. We keep checking what is useful and what is not.

There is no fixed script. We decide together what would be useful.
